Yvonne Au-Yeung Lam Partner

Yvonne graduated with honours from the University of British Columbia in 1984, receiving the Dilworth Memorial Prize for the most outstanding female graduate from the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration.
From 1984 to 1987, Yvonne articled with a major international accounting firm, earning her CA designation in 1987. In 1987, she joined Yik Fung Au-Yeung. For over twenty-five years, she has worked with many private companies, non-profit organizations, subsidiaries of foreign corporations, as well as resident and non-resident individuals and trusts.
Her areas of particular interest include audit and review services for corporations and non-profit organizations, as well as succession and estate planning for individuals and family businesses.
Over the years, Yvonne has used her professional training and experience to volunteer in a number of capacities. During most of the 1990’s, Yvonne was a member of the Auditor Certification Board of British Columbia. She has also served on the Board of Governors for the School of Chartered Accountancy (BC) and was a member of the Education Advisory Board for the School. Yvonne participated as a member of the Internet Editorial Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC. From 2004 to 2011, Yvonne served as a member of the Practice Review and Licensing Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC.
